Yes! We are currently following guidelines from Toronto Public Health which suggests limiting the number of people in our facilities. In order to better serve you we ask you book online or by calling in. There is a 1 hour window to reschedule your appointment before your scheduled time. If you booked online, you would have received an email to reschedule. Otherwise no matter how you have booked, you can call in and speak with us.
We know some services can be long and tedious, we ask that if you do bring in food that you clean up after yourself that way others can enjoy their experience as well!
While you are welcome to use your phone we do have to note that sometimes distractions can lead to unwanted results during the procedure.
